TOWN OF WINTER

REQUEST FOR LAWN MOWING AND TRIMMING SERVICES

The Town of Winter is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide lawn mowing and trimming services at the following municipal properties:

• Winter Town Hall Lawn and Little League Field - N4680 City Rd W, Winter, WI.
• Handicap Fishing Dock - Adjacent to the Lake Winter bridge on Lake Winter Road
• Boat Launch/Fishing Dock - Intersection of Lake Winter Rd and Tower Rd in Winter, WI
• Boat Launch/Fishing Dock - Price Dam Rd in Winter, WI
• Town of Winter Shop (front lawn area) - W6222 Hwy 70, Winter, WI

Proposals must include a total combined price per mowing for all listed locations, estimated mowing frequency based on typical growing conditions, and contractor’s contact information and business name.

Sealed proposals must be submitted to Town of Winter, P.O. Box 129, Winter, WI 54896 no later than 4:00 p.m. April 8, 2026, for consideration at the regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting, held at the Winter Town Hall, N4680 Cty Rd. W. 

The selected contractor shall provide proof of current liability insurance prior to contract execution.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.  The contract period shall be for the 2026 mowing season unless otherwise agreed upon.  Payment terms will be determined upon contract award.
