FIREWORKS PERMITS

ATTENTION TOWN OF WINTER RESIDENTS

Pursuant to Wis Stats 167.10 – Regulation of Fireworks

No person may possess or use fireworks without a user’s permit from the Town.

If your celebration includes fireworks, (generally anything that leaves the ground or explodes is a regulated “firework”) please contact the Town of Winter for a permit.

Permits will only be issued up to July 2, 2024.
